A note from Page PTA President, Brenda Martinez
Dear Page Community,
What a whirlwind! This month has been hectic and crazy and just like that, it’s almost over.
With the holiday season kick off only days away, and especially Thanksgiving this week, I just wanted to take the time to thank you all for everything you have done and continue to do for Page. I know you must have seen the email about how successful the Annual Book fair was this year. We sold more books and were able to also donate more books this year. How amazing! Volunteers and chairs of the Book Fair, standing ovation for all your hard work!
We also had incredible help all around, including big donors to our All for Books campaign that funded books for many students, to the people that helped with running the book fair -- set up, day to day processes, break down and tying up all the loose ends, plus the students that helped during the fair, the parents and staff that read during Pajama Night, and to all that bought books for teachers and staff. So many hands that helped make this an incredible event. All your efforts were and continue to be appreciated in our Page Community.
As you go off to enjoy this holiday, my hope for you and your family is that you know how much we appreciate your help and support, and that you know that sometimes it is the small things from a warm smile to a student in the hallway or to a staff member, and bigger things like your donations so that our school can have the resources they need to be successful. We are all so very thankful for you all.
Cheers to you and yours,
Page PTA President
